Not every tow job fits a standard dolly. Low-clearance vehicles, wide-stance configurations, vehicles with unusual axle geometry — these require a dolly designed around the specific vehicle type or application. We build custom dollys for specific use cases when the standard configuration doesn’t work.

A bent or cracked dolly frame doesn’t always need replacement — if the damage is localized, the frame can be straightened and welded back to spec. We assess the frame fully before recommending repair or replacement, and we don’t recommend replacement when repair is structurally sound.

Worn axle bearings, seized hubs, bent axle spindles, and failed axle hardware on dollys all reduce load capacity and create safety issues during a tow. We replace axle and hub components on all dolly configurations, restoring correct load capacity and wheel tracking.

Dolly securing hardware — the chains, straps, hooks, and mounting points that hold the vehicle on the dolly — wear and fail over time. Failed securing hardware on a dolly during a tow is a road safety incident. We replace and rebuild dolly securing systems with hardware rated for the dolly’s load capacity.
