Yes. We repair and install both traditional strobe tube systems and modern LED warning light systems. LED systems have largely replaced strobe tubes on newer tow trucks due to lower power draw, longer life, and better visibility. We work on both technologies and can upgrade strobe tube systems to LED where appropriate.

A single head replacement or controller swap is often completed same day. A full system diagnosis with multiple head replacements and wiring repair takes 1–2 days. A complete new system installation takes 1–3 days depending on the system complexity and truck configuration. We give you a specific timeline when we present your estimate.

Yes. We install complete strobe and LED warning light systems on all tow truck types — selecting the right system for the truck's application, running the wiring, mounting the heads and controller, and testing the full system before the truck leaves our shop. We also advise on California warning light regulations to ensure the installed system is legally compliant for towing operations.

California Vehicle Code Section 25260 permits tow trucks to use amber warning lights while performing roadside towing and recovery operations. While not always mandatory, strobe and LED warning systems are standard safety equipment on working tow trucks — they protect drivers during roadside operations and are expected by insurance carriers and fleet safety programs. We install systems that comply with California warning light regulations.

Yes. LED warning light systems are significantly brighter, more reliable, and draw far less power than traditional strobe tube systems. We remove the old strobe system, assess the existing wiring for LED compatibility, make any needed wiring upgrades, and install the new LED system. Most operators who upgrade to LED never go back.
